- The House of Majutte
Go back in time
20 years after the Majutte House was closed, it was reopened to the public in 2016. In this authentic, oldest preserved and listed fisherman's house of the Belgian coast, visitors make a jump in time, when there was no such thing as the seawall of Blankenberge. The dunes bordered directly on the back wall of this building that dates from the end of the 18th century. What was once a home for a family of 14 is now a museum/café.
