A construction 350 m in the sea
The Blankenberge pier is just about the most famous 'monument' on our Belgian coast. The concrete pier was built in 1933 to the design of Jules Soete. Belgium Pier is located in the open sea and is connected to the mainland by a long bridge of about 350 m.
