Furnival

Furnival in Veurne is an annual festival that transforms the first sunday of august, also know as Koekezondag, into a spectacular celebration. This event, held in the Grote Markt, guarantees an evening full of spectacle and musical fireworks. The festivities begin at 6PM with a festive opening by the Belleman and the Veurnse Slaper, followed by various animations for young and old. A special moment at 7PM is the Veurnse Slaapmutsenworp, a tradition that draws a large crowd.

Furnival transforms the historic Grote Markt into a place full of ooh's and aah's, making this day an unforgettable experience for everyone who attends.
