CONTEST RULES HOLIDAY SUITES SUITEMOMENT CAMPAIGN

CHAPTER 1: GENERAL INFORMATION

This contest is organized by Holiday Suites International BV, with its registered office at Monnikenwerve 17-19, 8000 Bruges, VAT number BE 0644.384.658, hereinafter referred to as “Holiday Suites.”

Purpose of the Contest
The SuiteMoment Campaign aims to encourage customers to create user-generated content by sharing photos taken with the orange SuiteMoment frame during their stay at Holiday Suites. Participants have a chance to win a voucher equal to the value of their stay.

Duration of the Contest
The contest runs from December 16, 2024, to December 15, 2025. Holiday Suites reserves the right to terminate, extend, or modify the contest in case of unforeseen circumstances.

CHAPTER 2: PARTICIPATION TERMS

Eligibility
The contest is open to anyone aged 18 years or older.

Employees of Holiday Suites, their immediate family members, and anyone directly or indirectly involved in organizing the contest are excluded from participation.

Purchase Requirement
Participation requires a stay at Holiday Suites.

Participation Procedure
To participate validly, participants must:

1. Scan the QR code in the residence to navigate to the Holiday Suites app.
2. Take a photo with the orange SuiteMoment frame and submit it through the app.
3. Ensure the submitted photo meets the guidelines specified in the app.

CHAPTER 3: CONTEST CONDITIONS AND PRIZES

Prize

The winner will receive a voucher worth the value of their stay, up to a maximum of 500 euros. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits in kind.

Winner Selection and Announcement

• The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries and announced directly via the platform.
• The winner will be personally notified via the email address provided in the app.
• If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Holiday Suites reserves the right to select a new winner.

Validity of Entries
Only entries that meet the specifications and rules outlined in these terms and the app will be eligible for the prize. Holiday Suites reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, incorrect, or inappropriate entries.

CHAPTER 4: LIABILITY AND EXCLUSION

Liability
Holiday Suites cannot be held liable for any damage, loss, or injury suffered by participants as a result of participating in this contest or using the awarded prize.

Exclusion in Case of Misuse
In cases of misuse, fraud, or suspected fraud, Holiday Suites reserves the right to exclude participants from the contest without further explanation.

Modification or Cancellation of the Contest
Holiday Suites reserves the right to modify, suspend, shorten, or cancel the contest or parts thereof if circumstances require it.

CHAPTER 5: DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICATION

Protection of Personal Data
By participating, participants consent to the processing of their personal data for contest administration purposes, in accordance with applicable privacy laws. This data will only be used for the contest and deleted afterward unless otherwise agreed.

Use of Submitted Photos
By participating, participants grant Holiday Suites the right to use submitted photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

CHAPTER 6: ACCEPTANCE AND APPLICABLE LAW

Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in the contest implies unconditional acceptance of these rules. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the contest rules.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These rules are governed by Belgian law. In the event of disputes, the courts of Brussels have exclusive jurisdiction.
